I spent a fabulous week in an idyllic place for a much-needed break. I couldn't be happier with the experience: exercise, mindfulness, delicious food with an inspiring group of women. Thank you, Rachel, Nicole and Amaia for creating such a welcoming place. I feel refreshed and revitalised, and I'm already applying the tips I learned at the retreat to keep my inner peace.

I had minimal experience with yoga or pilates before the retreat, but Amaia's gentle approach makes it accessible for beginners like me. These lovely ladies have created an incredible experience, teaching you how important it's to think about your body, what you are eating, your posture and how much exercise you are doing. I loved the holistic approach of Aura's program. My favourite part of the day was the cooking lessons and can't wait to make some of Nicole's recipes at home. It was an amazing learning experience where I have connected with inspiring women from all over the world. By the end of the week, I felt completely lifted and reconnected with my body. Dear Rachel, Amaia and Nicole. What a wonderful week I spent with you. Thank you for a fantastic stay in paradise. Everything was carefully planned and organised, the food was delicious, and the pilates/yoga sessions easy to follow for beginners but challenging enough for those more experienced. I had tried meditation a few times before but never practised it consistently. Thanks to Rachel, I now have the tools to integrate it into my daily routine.
